Latest Answer: Hello Sankalp, Several leading banks like HDFC, IDBI and ICICI have approved for loans for this project. Yes infact the project has got the required approvals from BMC. I am living in this locality for past 4 years and till now have not faced any major water crisis as such. There was some issues when some repair work was going on. But now everything is being resolved and problem has been solved.
