Supertech North Eye is demanding more money by May 28th 2021. Request input from north eye allottees.
Q: Supertech North Eye project is delayed for 10 years, still under construction ,interiors not done. Supertech is demanding 20% of the cost stating superstructure is ready.
I have a studio booking on 26th floor which is incomplete.
Would like to get input from other allottees of North Eye for taking proper steps.

Latest Answer: Their latest possession dates announced are 26th november, 2016. I think you can wait for these dates as they delayed in The coral project as well but when they delivered the quality was very good.

Have lost hope
Q: After 50 months of booking a flat in this project, the builder has only completed the basement slab. There is no commitment from the builder as to when the construction will restart.

Progress on Runwal Infinity. Finally the builder wakes up and communicates. Has anyone else got an update?
Q: Runwal Infinity project with promised possession on 2009 has still not progressed. Since a lot of people have invested in the project they are stuck with no relief in sight. Is there a owners association or group of similar people out there? The builder finally seems to have started thinking on starting the project. Has anyone received a communication?

Is the plot no. 1, sector 144, noida of Unnati fortune world is clear titled plot of Unnati group ?
Q: Unnati world project was launched in 2014 and still any construction work not started there since 2 years. They only say that some approvals are awaited and work will commence after getting that.

I try to collect the information from office & found MD, Mahendra Pawankumar Sing arrested by police & he is under custody i am trying to collect updated information but office staff also not aware.
