Q:Supertech North Eye project is delayed for 10 years, still under construction ,interiors not done. Supertech is demanding 20% of the cost stating superstructure is ready.I have a studio booking on 26th floor which is incomplete.Would like to get input from other allottees of North Eye for taking proper steps.
Q:Absolutely no license or permission for any legal issues, no registration done till now, it's been 2yrs I paid money, no registration or refund, anybody with same problem please contact to get together to file a complaint
Latest Answer: Their latest possession dates announced are 26th november, 2016. I think you can wait for these dates as they delayed in The coral project as well but when they delivered the quality was very good.

Q:Runwal Infinity project with promised possession on 2009 has still not progressed. Since a lot of people have invested in the project they are stuck with no relief in sight. Is there a owners association or group of similar people out there? The builder finally seems to have started thinking on starting the project. Has anyone received a communication?
Q:Unnati world project was launched in 2014 and still any construction work not started there since 2 years. They only say that some approvals are awaited and work will commence after getting that.

I am aslo in same situation i am also so mentally distress and main problem is their is no reply by the employees of sadguru angan.please friends suggest me also ,but one employee have said recently that he is going to get a bail till 8 th june but don't know he got or not i am going to visit their office in panvel one time.
