Latest Answer: Do not ever buy a plot or villa from Mahidhara Fortune City,Bengaluru. I bought a plot from Mahidhara in October 2016. The plot was registered sometime in April 2017. Its almost end of November 2017 and I havent received my Khatha still. Mr. Mohan who is their GPA holder gives lame reasons every time I call him. I ended up taking a loan and paying 2 EMIs even before the plot was registered as Mr.Mohan delayed the registration citing personal reasons. He promised my EMIs will be refunded as it was delay from their end. I have neither received my Khatha or EMI repayment still. Every time I call Mr.Mohan he would ask for more time.
