Q: Has anyone heard about this project? I am planning to buy a twin house in this project. How is the idea?
Latest Answer: Do not ever buy a plot or villa from Mahidhara Fortune City,Bengaluru. I bought a plot from Mahidhara in October 2016. The plot was registered sometime in April 2017. Its almost end of November 2017 and I havent received my Khatha still. Mr. Mohan who is their GPA holder gives lame reasons every time I call him. I ended up taking a loan and paying 2 EMIs even before the plot was registered as Mr.Mohan delayed the registration citing personal reasons. He promised my EMIs will be refunded as it was delay from their end. I have neither received my Khatha or EMI repayment still. Every time I call Mr.Mohan he would ask for more time. Do not ever buy from Mahidhara if you value your peace of mind. Bipin Babu, Plot No.135

Q: In April 2013 we made a MOU with a seller for Rs 35 lakhs for an apartment. But some papers and the share certificate are not available with the seller so he has kept us on hold for 11 months. Now he is asking for Rs 10 lakhs extra because of the changes in market rate. Till date he has not deposited any cheque which we issued to him. Can the seller increase the price on the ground that market rate changed for his delay
Latest Answer: Hello Sashmita, Please check the terms and conditions in the agreement which has been given to you buy the seller where it is mentioned that Rs 35 lakhs for purchasing of flat has been mentioned. In case of such termination you should look into the termination clause and refund of money. On the basis of any written communication sent to you for paying extra money, you should approach the court for Specific Performance of Contract.

Q: What are the future prospects of investing in Vadodara?
Latest Answer: Vadodara being the most populated city of Gujarat, there is a high demand for property. So your decision to invest here is truly appreciable. Real estate experts are of the opinion that Vadodara has tremendous growth potential, especially due to its thriving commercialism. Plots will be less and highly priced in Vadodara. So it is ideal to invest in apartments. It can also fetch you a good rental income as many people from different states are coming here for business and education. Many youngsters are relocating to Vadodara for educational and professional reasons. So you can easily cover up your EMI burden if you are renting out the apartment.
