Advice regarding real estate investment opportunities in Coimbatore for 2015
Q: Hello, my brother suggested that i invest in the real estate of Coimbatore, since it will be profitable. Can anybody tell me what are the different investment opportunities available in Coimbatore?

Latest Answer: Coimbatore is most suitable for setting up an IT Park and Coimbatore was selected as top growing cities ahead of Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad in South India. With Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Wipro, Infosys, Cognizent Technology Services (CTS), showing interest in setting up their IT offices in Coimbatore, the real estate prices shoot up recently.

Latest Answer: Hi, the Daksha Hreeva is a good investment option. All the apartments are all priced at Rs 2950 psf, which is quite affordable, so your budget should be between Rs 30 to 45 lacs. It has all luxury amenities like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, 24 hour power backup and security. Constructions of the project are currently going on and it is expected to be completed by January 2016. The apartment bookings have started and are currently ongoing.

It is purely residential and you will find all necessary amenities very close to your house, if you decide to invest in the Ishan Nakshatra. The price of the 2bhk is Rs 56 lakhs and that of the 3bhk is 1 crore. The project has all luxury amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse facilities, tennis court, 24 hour power backup and security.

If you’re looking for a family home there, then it is perfect, as it is an integrated township, and you will be getting almost everything within the community itself. If you’re planning to buy it for investment purposes, that’s also good, because you will find plenty of takers for such apartments and in a few years’ time this property will see a huge capital appreciation in the market.
