The apartment are easily available for rent in this locality, you can always fetch a 2 bhk, i'm sure it will cost just around 10000 rupees to 15000 rupees. Buying a flat would be a tougher job here, though.

Thudiyallur is one of the best places in Coimbatore to live in, especially if you have kids, because of the number of schools, hospitals and other social infrastructural developments here. The price of all the apartments in this project is Rs 3750 per square foot, which is quite reasonable in my opinion. You can always apply for a loan with the Punjab National Bank, as they have given their approval for this project.

Latest Answer: yeah. one of the most basic reasons for this trend that i see is that there was good connectivity to the rest of the town. The Kalapatti Main road intersects the locality as well as the Saravanampatti-kalapatti road. Most of the houses that you can get here is individual houses, but there are some apartment projects also like Srivatsa Sankara Apartments.
