Living Situation And Educational Institutes In PN Pudur
Q: Hey guys, I'm planning on moving to Coimbatore by the end of this year. My son needs to go to a good college as well, and he wants to live at home while he studies. Does anyone have any advice on whether PN Pudur is a good place to live in?

Latest Answer: hi, if you are looking for a decent locality in Coimbatore, then PN Pudur is a good location. The apartment are easily available for rent in this locality, you can always fetch a 2 bhk, i'm sure it will cost just around 10000 rupees to 15000 rupees. Buying a flat would be a tougher job here, though.

Martin Mount Vue in Coimbatore
Q: I’m going to be moving to Coimbatore soon with my whole family. I will be buying a house somewhere on Thudiyalur. Is the Mount Vue project a good choice?

Latest Answer: Hey I also support this decision of yours. I think the project is very well suited for family homes, and so is the locality. Thudiyallur is one of the best places in Coimbatore to live in, especially if you have kids, because of the number of schools, hospitals and other social infrastructural developments here. The price of all the apartments in this project is Rs 3750 per square foot, which is quite reasonable in my opinion. You can always apply for a loan with the Punjab National Bank, as they have given their approval for this project.

TNAU Botanical Garden, Sri Dhanalakshmi Garden Park, Priya Nagar park and Arjun Nagar park will do that to and for you.

Latest Answer: Hey i dont know about the safety of this area. There have recently been cases of theft and robberies in this area. in shops and malls.You better be careful if you are taking up a place here.

Q: I’m thinking about buying a house in Kalapatti. Can someone tell me if it’s a good locality for a family?

Latest Answer: yeah. one of the most basic reasons for this trend that i see is that there was good connectivity to the rest of the town. The Kalapatti Main road intersects the locality as well as the Saravanampatti-kalapatti road. Most of the houses that you can get here is individual houses, but there are some apartment projects also like Srivatsa Sankara Apartments.

Crescentz Square project review
Q: I'm specifically looking for 2 or 3 BHK apartments around the Telungupalayam area in Coimbatore, within a price range of 20 to 30 lakhs. Crescentz Square seems to be a good fit. But I'd love to know a lot more about the project before I make any choice.
