Latest Answer: Yes, even I have talked with their sales team, EC has not yet been received. More than 2 years delays from committed date. I am thinking of those families who are paying rent and EMI waiting to move into their dream house.

I am planning to buy apartment in Konark Orchid and looking at the conversation going over here that society had environmental issues. I wanted to know the current status, is the clearance issue still there?

How good it is to live in as a society?

Are bachelors allowed to live in society?
Latest Answer: Hi all, Current updates on this project is that the builder is saying maintenance is calculated on the higher sq-ft area ....for example if it is a 3BHK and area ranges from 1613 to 1730 sq-ft.and if you have1613sq-ft.area flat, you still have to pay as per 1730 sq-ft.

Latest Answer: Hi Mr Akash, Advancing developmental projects have been sorted as class A and class B relying upon their edge limit as well as pollution potential. The state authorities are engaged to clear class B projects. As per my knowledge, forest & (Coastal Regulation Zones) CRZ clearance and environment clearance are class A type.

Q: Do you know that the environment ministry is reviewing a Green checklist for highways projects in border states.

Latest Answer: Hey it means no more delay in project now. Am i right? Now, the developer will be required to provide alternatives it had considered and the reasons and the manner of selection of the proposed alignment.
