Latest Answer: Hi Supratim, Actually, the operator was fined for not keeping the street of the city clean after officials began extensive survey. All the project engineers heading the 10 work circles in Noida have been asked to conduct inspections of their respective areas.

Latest Answer: These land mafias are not only violating rules & regulation, but also cheating innocent people buy selling those government plot as well as violating the Eoc system. But home buyers are stunned because these plots are registered by Up stamp & registration department. This issue should be raised before NGT , so that some permanent solution will come out.

Latest Answer: Hey Guys, Local people griefed about this initiative taken by Delhi Development Authority. It is not fair to ruin the huts & farms of poor farmers who cultivate vegetable in the bank of Yamuna river. At least some time should be given to clear their property & farms. They worked hard to survive by selling spinach, cucumber & other vegetable. How come it is a good initiative by NGT or DDA ??

Latest Answer: Hey Guys, As per latest news, advocate Zubeda Begum,filed a plea, declared that lay out arrangement of Delhi Development Authority appropriately records it as the site for the park. Charging rampant & nepotism among the authorities, the plea said different authorities are pursuing to part away the important piece of land by exchanging it to a private person.

Latest Answer: Hi Guys, According to news, in another anti encroachment drive,around 13 farm houses were destroyed as well as 41 acres of land restored in Gurgaon district in the Aravalli region. The show cause notice have been sent to 153 farm houses and legitimate action was being made for raising construction without proper permission from Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF).

Q: National Green Tribunal has coordinated South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) to take vehicles conveying such things.
Latest Answer: DMRC also said that the construction waste near Lalit Park belonged to East Delhi Municipal Corporation. So as municipality waste ,it their responsibility to remove it. Public Works Department (PWD) is also responsible for this. After examining some pics, NGT ordered DMRC to clean construction waste & debris from Mayur vihar to Sarai Kale Khan as well as Lalita Park & Pontoon road.
