Details about Swarnalayam project situated in Perur Road in Coimbatore
Q: Hi, I'd like to know about the Swarnalaym project that is going on in Perur Road. I'm looking to buy a retirement house for my parents and I came across this place. Is this project any good?Any details about it would be great. Thanks!

Latest Answer: The places is very scenic and peaceful. If I'm not wrong it is pretty close to Isha Foundation.Theire services are also very nice. They ahve club house, lounge, indoor games, kitchen, activity centre, department store, and gymnasium facilities. However, I am not aware fo the pricing. If someone else is aware of it, please share.

Latest Answer: Hi, in my suggestion, these apartments ahve all necessary amenities. They also have all necessary bank and other approvals, as well. The construction and site is approved by Coimbatore Municipal Corporation,DTCP, and LPA. They ahve AXIS Bank and Punjab National Bank bank approval as well.

Q: My family and I are relocating to Kovai Pudur in Coimbatore and were thinking about moving into JRD Hill Heritage. Latest Answer: I have seen this place when I wanted to book a property. Like they boast here, there is no common water supply, no park, no gym, no security, no proper road. Please visit the spot before you proceed with buying anything here. This place was recommended by one of my friend, so I paid a visit to see their work so far. They employ cheap unskilled labours and apply no common sense when designing or building them. After seen a couple of houses in this area, I decided to go with another builder who is well organised than JRD and trust worthy.
