Q:I had booked a flat in Vihang Valley Phase 3 (Rio) in 2011. Its been almost 6 years and only 9 floors constructed.Project has been extremely delayed without any feedback provided from the builder. I have sent umpteen requests to builders, but what we have not received any positive response. My possession date is dec-2017, but looking the extremely slow progress, its difficult to achieve this possession date.I am very dissatisfied with the outcome and my hard earned money is in question.
