Q: Hello, wasn't there this news about a textile firm that refused to give its land for the Metro? What is the issue likw now. I was following this for a while, Just wondering where it has reached now.
Latest Answer: THat's not just it. I think I know why they delayed giving the land. They were actually trying to get as much money as they could out of this. When they realised that did not quite go their way. They knew it was over and so submitted the land.

Q: Hey, i heard that GCDA is asking for the dissolution of GIDA. Is there any thruth in that?
Latest Answer: Hey buddy, yeah i also saw all the news about the GIDA issue. I would add that the one of the major project undertaken by GIDA was in 1994, which was the construction of the trio of Goshree bridges connecting Vypeen with the city. This project garnered around 330 crores, out of which only 80 crore was used for the construction of the bridge, while the reamaining money was not used for futher development.

Q: Hey, what's what the update on the DLF Riverside project?
Latest Answer: Hi, while searching for informatin online, i came across an article which said that officials in the Kochi Corporation gave consent for illegal construction even after they became aware of the fact that the project will lead to encroachment of backwaters. In my opinion both DLF and the corporation officials are responsible.
