Q:Hi All,I have question regarding khata transfer, hope some one will definitely help me in this.I bought an apartment in ISRO Layout and we have 24 flats in the building out of that 22 has been sold out.Remaining 2 are still available. Here my question is can I get the khata for my flat or do I need to wait for the other 2 flats for sold out. I heard as per BBMP new policy they can only do khata transfer for whole building and they cant do it individually. Is this true?If that is the case then how I can pay the property tax for my flat. Any way our apartment constructed on BDA approved site which is A khata and I am not expecting I will get A khata for my flat.I am fine B khata also, Please any one from group help me on this. I think most of the other apartment owners will have this question.RegardsAnand
