Q:Hi All,I have seen 2 BHK 900sft independent house in beeramguda. It is 2 KM from Beeramguda Kamaan(I mean highway road). The person is quoting 37 Lakhs.. Is it a good deal? Any advice . how the property trend.Thanks for your replies.
