Q:If the builder has not mentioned the date of possession in written on allotment letter or on agreement then what is the clause or RERA rule to protect the rights of the flat buyer?Is there a compulsory defined period that is taken in consideration in RERA if the date of possession is not mentioned in writing?I have booked a 1BHK flat in August 2010 and the builder committed verbaly that the possession will be given in Dec 2013. It is still pending. This property is located in Mira Road, Mumbai.

A factory licence can not be granted near a human habitation. I think state government should take necessary steps to cancel the licence or shift the factory to another location.

Q:Dear consumer, do not be fool by investing in this fraud group. I had made this mistake and after three years, I am just running between there branch and bank and neither plot is in my hand nor my money. During investment, they welcomed me and now they are ignoring me and not taking seriously. I am suffering since my life time saving is invested in this fraud group and now they are not returning money. I had booked a plot (Plot No. 96) at a project Prestige - III of Vatsalya Builders And Developers Pvt. Ltd. situated at Rau-Indore. After 3 years, no development has been observed at site neither project is in status of possession and still it was in stage I had seen during booking time. I had taken continuously follow up from them and every time they had cheated me by giving fake assurance of possession. Finally I had decided to withdraw money from this project and they had given me cheques after long time and all cheques were bounced and now they are saying we are not having money. So its my advice, do not come under influence of there marketing team. They will welcome you and take off your money and after that they will forget of you and your money.

As Balaji Dream City project is a delay project, you can visit the builders' office and ask for the cancellation. But before that you should check your agreement for cancelling clause and penalty. Similarly, if there is any clause for penalty for builder. If they are not ready to cancel the booking and saying that 10-13% will be deducted for cancelling of deal. Then consult a property lawyer and send them a notice for cancellation of flat with penalty. You can also file a case in the consumer redressal forum for delay possession.
Q:I have purchased a office space in earth beta tech office spaces. The company has not delivered the project in time. Unfortunately the work on the project has been stopped and the company is also not issuing the cheques as promised. I want to know about the future prospects of this company.

I am from Noida .Me and one of my friend also booked the shop in Earth tech one and builder stopped paying the cheque since sept. 2015 . The construction work is also stopped since then. we have no hope when can be this project will be completed . We met with builder once and they were saying the situation will be overcome by Dec. 2016 but it all false promise . only thing left to file case against builder.
