It has been commanded under the Act that any changes from the DoD enables a flat buyer to drag the developer to the court. A DoD is a six-page professional format containing point by point data about all plans, encumbrances, layout data ,structural & architectural data.

Assuming that, construction had been finished on these plots,the house tax and the water tax from these plots could have been charges into cleanliness of city. Authorities have been requested to make sure that all plot owners pass their building plans with the Ghazibad Development Authority within 60 days. Assuming construction does not begin soon on the plots for which building plans have as of now been passed, we will be compelled to take extreme measures.

As per news, Mr Alok Kumar, president of FedAoA, said many numbers of conflicts recorded in the past between the builders and flat buyers are because of darkness & uncertainty in the builder buyer agreement. The idea of minor deviations, as suggested in the model builder buyer agreement, has been brought up by FedAoA for absence of clarity.

Latest Answer: ABL Mantra Meadows Developer is unreal-able , Mantra build home Pvt Ltd is New Builder in Real Estatetra field, so ABL & This builder planned for their profit ,makes a Project "ABL Mantra Meadows " When enough customer booked their flat ,then ABL separate from Mantra Meadow project, so this project is hold by mantra till now from May 2013 , I already paid to ABL about 9 Lakhs and their employee " Anam Fatima " (AGM) told me on April 2014 that project become start from Navratri.she told me lie about project. now she is telling me sir take your Refund after giving me 25,000/- cash (as a commission). and told me developer is confused about project ,due to Land is unapproved from GDA, They did not give me agreement paper & Possession certificate.I loss my money and their interest from may 2013. what i do now, their is no future of Project and their Developer ,who used my money for a long time.

At the time of booking- 10% of BSP,
After 60 Days- 85% of BSP+other charges,
At the time of possession- 5% of BSP.
