Latest Answer: Kunal, the same is the status of all the projects from this builder. Even the next door ND Passion Elite is in bad shape and after 5 years barely the structure is up for few blocks. He has basically used our money to build his land bank with lot of properties with none of them completed. Even if you look some of the old ones like ND sepal etc which have been completed, guess OC is not done for those even after 8 years. Don't trust ND Developers or ND Gladstone (new JV) at all. Talk to us who are the victims of these guys to get true picture.

- Land owner is selling the share of left over apartments at UDS and Construction cost per sqft is 4600 whereas all inclusive cost with Service tax and VAT turns out to 5300 psft
- land owner is offering to reduce couple of lakhs if ipay some amount in cash i.e. black which goes un-accounted. I heard even big builders like Presitige, Gopalan do so . What are the cons of such approach?
- The traffic congestion is big constraint in this area. Any idea if the roads would be widened in future.
