Q:The commute is pathetic on harlur road specifically during office hours and this is the only reason i am unable to make a decision. Please suggest if Rs 4600 psft is good price

- Whether DSR is a good builder and if anyone knows of the construction quality in DSR Ultima.
- Land owner is selling the share of left over apartments at UDS and Construction cost per sqft is 4600 whereas all inclusive cost with Service tax and VAT turns out to 5300 psft
- land owner is offering to reduce couple of lakhs if ipay some amount in cash i.e. black which goes un-accounted. I heard even big builders like Presitige, Gopalan do so . What are the cons of such approach?
- The traffic congestion is big constraint in this area. Any idea if the roads would be widened in future.
