Q:Hey, there i heard about RL RAS Town, and was wondering if you guys had some information about the project, since i'm moving to Indore sometime in 2016
Latest Answer: Hey, the state of infrastructure around the locality is quite good. The region has good schools like Prestige Public School, and St Arnold School. Also the area has a couple of decent hospitals like Ashadeep Hospital, and Life Care Hospital.
Q:I have been trying to buy a 5 bhk apartment in Indore but it seems that most of the complexes only have upto 4bhks. Only yesterday, i came across an ad of IBD Belmont Park online. They currently have 5 bhk, so just wanted to get a feedback on how the place is, what are the facilities provided, what are the rates and when will it be ready for possession?
Latest Answer: A 5bhk for 80 lacks is a really good deal. Ask anyone. Plus, there are many facilities offered here that you do not find in other complexes like a tennis court and library. The area is good and well-maintained with many hospitals, schools and shopping complexes close by. I would say investing now would be ideal as you will surely get an appreciated value in the future, especially for a 5bhk. From all the 5bhk options (and there aren't many in Indore) this seems the most lucrative. Also, posession is available from August 2014. Hope you find what you are looking for.
Latest Answer: The prices given above are very true. The area has become very popular recently and you should consider buying an apartment here. There are some many good builders who have constructed apartments here. Nariman Enclave has 2BHK and 3BHK apartments for around 27 lakhs and 36 lakhs respectively, Gyansheela Super City is another good project which has 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK, and 4BHK apartments for around Rs. 2000 per sqft. IBD Belmont Park and Man Royal Platinum are other projects that you can choose from.
Q:I’m really interested in buying a property in Vijay Nagar in Indore. Has anyone heard of the Gyansheela Super City? Can I get some more information about this project?
Latest Answer: I agree. Check out some other properties in this area before you settle. The problem with the Gyansheela Super City project is that I feel the apartment sizes are too small. The 1bhk is only 530 square feet and the 2bhk is only 900 square feet. And this is only the built-up area. The actual carpet area available to you might be smaller.
You can try out some other apartments in this locality like the Shikhar Balaji Skyz, or the Casa Greens. Both these projects are on A.B. Road. There is another Gyansheela project coming up on the A.B. Road – the Gyansheela Silk Space. I think you will like this better than the Gyansheela Super City
Q:How is the Nariman City project for buying a 3bhk? I was looking at residential projects in Vijay Nagar, and I came across this one. Can anyone give me any further information on this project?
Latest Answer: Hey, I think you should go for the row houses in the Nariman City project. The total built-up area of these houses is around 1360 square feet, and they are priced at an affordable Rs 2450/sq. ft. so they will cost you roughly around Rs 33 lacs.
This township is quite close to the offices that are going to be set up by TCS and Infosys. So it will see a huge price appreciation soon enough. The plots from phase I of this project are available at a resale value of Rs. 1250 to 1400/sq. ft.
