The rate per sqft of villas here starts at Rs 3650 per sqft. The project is spread over 257 acres of land and there will be a total of 92 villas. The expected possession date of the project is by mid of 2018 and the Villa will be available for sale from Rs 6355 lacs to Rs 7570 lacs.

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, Pls. advise regarding investment in ELECTRONIC CITY PHASE-1-BANGALORE.
The purpose is purely investment and exiting after 3-4 years.
Latest Answer: Electronic city is a great place to live in. The infrastructure is really great here, be it the 10km exclusive elevated expressway to connect directly to the city center, and the 6-lane NICE Ring road to connect it to the fast developing suburbs of Bangalore.To add, the metro yellow line work is fast progressing in ecity area, which will connect the are to the metro network. The Peripheral ring road work also is planned. The good thing about electronic city is its social infrastructure, the are boast of having the finest heart hospital in the country, the Narayana Hridayalaya and Narayana health city. Other hospitals within 30 mins drive are Appollo Hospital and Fortis Hospital, both are accessible vis NICE road. The area also have some of the finest schools in Bangalore like Delhi Public School, Tremis world School, Ebenezer International school and Vibgyor to name a few.

Latest Answer: Godrej is not a good investment option, the CRM is very bad. This property shares it's entry with an individual house that is land locked. Godrej till now has not closed the entry to external house and doesn't have a convincing reply about if and when they plan to close this. Then off course the never ending fight with Godrej to cover the storm water drain which stinks during rainy season. No response on this yet. All these people are interested is to use the brand name, sell flats and wrap up. There are many more properties in the vicinity and in Neeladri Nagar.

Q: I am thinking of investing in Bangalore. One of my friend told me to invest in Kanakapura road but I am interested in investing in Electronic city. Please help where should I invest.
Latest Answer: If you are investing in Electronic city better you invest in Phase I if it is for short term and if it is for long term go for Phase II. Investing in Phase I will give you good returns and if you are investing in Phase II then you have to wait for two to three years for appreciation.

Latest Answer: I believe there is no place which is well connected as Electronic city. awesome bus service, neat place, and peace of mind specially on weekends.. people spend so much to get a clam and quite place the only thing i dont like here and it might be funny also , people tend to use High Beam always.. very annoying
