Hi i have bought a flat in DLF Westend New Town Heights and the area is 1360sq.ft and it is too small for a family.. Does any one have an idea how much will be the living area and why they do this kind of set up???

Built up area is the area covering four walls as well as the area enclosed within. Carpet area is the area where you can actually place the carpet, area within four walls. Please consult with the builders regarding the area or you can take information from other residents of the apartment.
