Latest Answer: Hello, first you have to check any agreement which you have signed. Because if you have accepted then there is no point to file case. Since it is a pre launch project so I don't think they would have given any proff. Without proof you cannot file a case..else you have to wait till the builder gives the balance money.
Q:First Constituted General Body of the members of our society was called on 22nd January 2012. As per one of agenda, Managing Committee was elected. Very soon after the First Constituted General Body, The managing committee meeting was called and office bearers were elected.As per rule 58-A of MCS Rules 1961 every elected members of the managing committee shall execute a bond in form no. 20 within 45 days of his assuming the office. Can any one tell me about the meaning of word “ASSUMING the office”.
