Construction started and 5 floors are completed. DP 20L including regs. Would it be wise to invest ? how much appreciation one should expect on possession ?.
Q:RNA Viva, as most of us know, project is under litigation with flat owners and still construction is not completed. Even BOI had filed bankruptcy against RNA corp which is approved by NCLT. Now considering all this, can one buy flat in RNA viva in resale?
Q:If the builder has not mentioned the date of possession in written on allotment letter or on agreement then what is the clause or RERA rule to protect the rights of the flat buyer?Is there a compulsory defined period that is taken in consideration in RERA if the date of possession is not mentioned in writing?I have booked a 1BHK flat in August 2010 and the builder committed verbaly that the possession will be given in Dec 2013. It is still pending. This property is located in Mira Road, Mumbai.

Stay away from any of their projects. It is fact that Ravi Group has not completed any of their projects on time. This developer is infamous for selling flats to more then one flat purchasers and dupe hundreds of innocent purchasers. Even he does not afraid to register flat documents of same flat in favor of more than one party!
