Q: I want to buy a property in Le Chalet, I am worried about the security and whether people will come for rentals?

Latest Answer: Hi Komathi, Thanks for your response. My questions are: 1) Return on Investment : In terms of Rentals & Appreciation 2) Physical Security for the families living there: ETA says that there are 4 security personnel in the campus. Is it true? Is this a gated community? Regards, Sathish

Best Place to Invest.
Q: Main advantage is that it's just opposite to Chembarabakam lake, so water problem won’t be there.

2nd point, it's just in front of 6 line Highway and close to very big Hospitals and International Schools. Also transport no problem.

3rd point it's very close to SEZ and other Automobile industries, very very close to Sriperambathur.

Based on these points the value of the property will get increased day by day.
