Q: We recently booked an apartment at Aliens Group, Tellapur in Hyderabad. My experience with Aliens group was quite pretty and handled smoothly with us, and we personally recognized the way of transferring the details of project was very impressive and the same attitude I have seen in the project also. The flat which I have taken was very well equipped and quality was too good.
I am extremely shocked with all the negative reviews doing rounds. This attitude restored my faith in Aliens Group. Obviously, I can’t assure blindly but guys just visit their site, interact with the people and take an up-to-date decision rather than being biased by negative reviews.

They were patient enough to respond to each of my queries; not just at the time of booking but even later, quite impressed with the overall experience.

Q: Can anyone tell me about the new project in Gachibowli and whether it will affect the real estate prices in the area?

Latest Answer: Tishman Speyer when asked about the future of the project, he said that he was optimistic but didn't go into much detail. The new york real estate developer operates over 358 projects totalling over 123 million sq. ft. with a portfolio of $66.8 billion in 11 countries. Now that's impressive! And finally there are plans to start work on the Tellapur Techocity project that has been put to a standstill because of the lack of funds. But according to Speyer, getting funds is not the hard part and they feel that India has a lot of scope for investment. The phase 2.1 of the project, actually has room for 7000 IT professionals. There will definitely be some more developmental changes in Gachibowli when the project is in full swing.

Q: Is it a good idea to invest in Jayabheri The Meadows? It’s not exactly a new project, but i hear it’s still very popular and pretty expensive too.
Latest Answer: Hey man, I understand your confusion with investing such huge amount of money in an appropriate property. There are a lot of properties in Gachibowli which will cost you about the same. In such circumstances, I think you should definitely go with builder’s reputation,resale value, locality, and development scope in the locality. There are a lot of commercial and residential projects coming up near the wipro circle, making it a hot spot for investment in properties. Most of the villas at Jayabheri meadows are sold out from the builder’s end, and now few residents are looking to resell it. In my opinion negotiate as much as you can, you might be able to get a 4000 sq ft for 4.5 crores or less.
