Q:I have purchased flat in Acme Ozone's Basilia building and its been more than 6 years to that. Since there last slab completion they are taking too much time for internal work. I am not sure if builder is committed towards delivering possession anytime soon as everytime we ask we get either unrealistic date for some months and then we get date of 6 months later. Anyone else facing similar problems?

Latest Answer: i booked 1 BHK in shree hari residency in shilphata , builder provided me xerox copy of all documents and my lawyer is fine with it, project is approved by HDFC, AXIS ,DHFL etc but i am going with SBI , currently my home loan is in process , just hoping every thing will go fine. i have checked many people took loan from HDFC,bank of baroda etc. guys keep posting updates on this project .

Q:Booked a flat in building shiv sahyadri just adjacent to deepmala ,project of the same builder.I booked flat 3.5 years before and yet even the building that is being redeveloped has not been demolished.I am worried whether they will even start the project ,and also about construction quality of the builder.
Latest Answer: The builder just refuses to give me details as to why project is delayed.his only answer for 3.5 years is we will get cc in 2 or 3 months .I did a mistake to book a flat in prelaunch stage.He verbally promise me that he will allot me another flat in his adjacent building deepmala..but when I went to change allotment letter he refused todo so under the pretext that the partners of deepmala project are different than shiv sahyadri.he is now telljng me to buy flat in deepmala at 8000 psf rate whereas I booked my flt t 5500 rte 4 yrs back
