Q: Swimming pool is not locked for maximum time as few bunch of dumb owners group have decided it. Being a tenant you cannot ask for the amount which you are paying as maintenance.Except this group no one is interested in issues not the builder, other owners etc. you will be given new issue every weekend to fight with. Better to stay out then paying high maintenance and not using it.
Latest Answer: This is absolutely wrong... If you are charging high maintenance charges than tenants should be allowed to use all the amenities. There is nowhere mentioned that tenants cannot use amenities offered in a project.
