Latest Answer: Hi all, I am looking for a flat in Xavier Urbtech, Sector-168 Noida. I just want to know that is this property worth to buy. Has builder good track record in Noida real estate? I have read many bad reviews which are not very good. I am bit confused on it. Kindly share some inputs on it.

Q: hi,i have my flat in antriksh golf view 1, tower C.
Builder is asking to pay maintenance fee since possession without giving OC & CC.

Has anyone else also got such notice??
Latest Answer: Hi, Builder can deliver possession of flat to flat owners only after OC is received from Noida Authority. Once you have taken possession of flat builder will charge maintenance. Builder cannot compel you to pay day to day expenses until completion certificate has issued and society has formed. You should dispute your liability to pay maintenance as no OC is issued and common amenities promised have not been provided for.

Q: FACILITY IN PARAS TIEREA IS WORTHLESS.Paras Tierea sector 137 Management is charging huge amount for Maintenance but BASIC AMENITIES ITS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE.Its not able to provide water to its residents. Daily some towers face ACUTE WATER SHORTAGE. Facility in Paras Tierea do not respond to calls. If you register a complaint the they do not bother to come and rectify. Even some facility persons are VERY RUDE.Recently in Tower 24 , lift doors opened and there was no lift inside. You will find STRAY DOGS moving very easily inside the society. Guards are not bothered. When school children to board bus in the morning, cleaning staff starts brooming near gate at that time only. If you request them to do after 10 minutes daily to allow school children to board the bus , he is not bothered.

Latest Answer: Hi all, I would like to suggest you please do your all due diligence before investing your hard earned money anywhere in the country. Take the advice of a legal expert and verify all the legal documents and then go for it. There are lots of negative feedback about the developers. He frequently changes the given floor plan and after booking they do not listen to the customers.

Latest Answer: There are lots of negative comments on builder and its projects. Almost all their projects are delayed by 5-7 years. There are lots of fraud cases against the builder. They just be good at the time of receiving money but later they would not even bother to listen. Even the construction quality of their all projects are poor and not up to the mark.

Q: Hi All, Me & my 2 other friends also invested in this project almost 3 years back & have already paid 30% of the total payment. 2 of us had invested in 3 BHK 1475 Sq feet apartment and other friend invested in the 2 BHK. We also got a call from the builder office and told us that the project is not moving ahead due to issues created by the villagers in the allocated land. Asking us to sign the refund papers along with an affidavit to get the principal amount back only.

They are not willing to give any kind of interest as well on the money paid to them since last 3 years.

If all of us get together and file a case against the builder in the consumer court, we can surely get our money back with interest from the builder.

I am creating a facebook & WhatsApp group against this builder for this particular project and request all of you to join. I can also ask my Correspondent friends & ex-colleagues from TImes Now, Times of India, HT, Indian Express, NDTV and couple of other newspapers and TV channels to put it on the news as well if we all get together to file a complaint against the builder.

Q: I was told by some broker that the construction quality is very poor which is the reason for cheap rates of the project as compared to other peojects in sector 137
Latest Answer: Hi, Paramount builder is harassing to the its buyer. They are cheating to the customers charging undue interest. If buyer goes to their office, they do not even bother to meet the dealing person. They have kept bouncers in his office. Interest will be charged if you have any complaint go to legal. Do not buy flats in Paramount Floraville. Many complaints are still pending with them.
