Q: There was one apartment in this building whose 2/3 owners played foul act (forging signatures and creating false legal paperwork with the help of one of their siblings who is apparently a lawyer herself ) and transferred the flat on 2/3 names eliminating one of their siblings who was listed as one of the 3 heirs to that aparment. It is quite a surprise that the builder went ahead and gave the flat to them without one sibling being actually present or even being informed prior to building's demolition.
