Q: When will we get possession of the flats in Kalpataru Srishti which were promised to be given more than a year back?

Latest Answer: me too have booked the 2.5 bhk flat. I visited sristi office personally but they said possession will be given by 25 april, but see now may is getting completed. They are delying the process. Do u all have any idea abt this OC

car parking is as per the tmc specification
Latest Answer: Hello Durga, as far as I know there is no such length and width specification by Thane Municipal Corporation. It depends on the builder how much space he is allotting for the owner of the project.
