Hi, how is water supply at Rainbow Vistas@ rock garden
Q: Hi, wanted to check anyone living at Rainbow Vistas@ rock garden - how is water supply. Do you any issues with water supply ?

Latest Answer: Its bore well. But plumbing quality is poor, you will have noise issues due to ongoing construction work, stray dogs are roaming around. Also, the facility management is totally inefficient. Club house/gym are under construction and will take long time to get completed.

Q: I have booked a 3BHK in rainbow vistas rock garden. Can any one tell about the back and value for the site and builders.

Latest Answer: Pls go through every point mentioned in document before signing them up.....Paying the cost of flat is one but there are other cost like maintanence(expected to be high once they announce)/Powerbills/travel involved for you daily needs(5KM).... People staying in this community just want the flats to get filled up.........
