Latest Answer: Hey guys as far as I know you can get good returns as it is an ideal location for families to settle down as it is a old locality so you can also find many old houses there. It offers great connectivity to all parts of Chennai. Land and house I think you should go for Thambaram. It is good for both long term investments as well as enduse purpose. Within 5 years you can expect good appreciation.
