The location of the project is too good in terms of development and apreciation value. There are other facilities like shopping malls, entertainment sectors and commercial hubs nearby. I think it is a good deal as Mahindra Lifespaces is known for their timely delivery and smooth formalities.
Q:90% payment is likely to be taken by b4 May-14. But builder official hand over date is Dec-2016. They may handover in May-16. But commonfloor it is indicated as Dec-15. Still the 31 Months from 90% payment to OFficial hanodver date is not understood
Latest Answer: I have booked a unit two years ago. No proper response for our queries when it comes to construction details etc. Not even site visits are engaged. Better option is to choose small builders where we get more freedom to raise queries and get response. Bigger Giants not treat customers properly. You need to accept what you get.
