Q:Total extra money that Lodha has asked till now is Rs. 100800 (Parking)+Rs. 27000 odd for MVAT + Rs. 87000 odd for Service Tax + Rs. 47000 towards upkeep of public amenities. This comes to around Rs. 261800 and we have 5300 odd flats in CBG. So Total extra money that lodha is earning is Rs. 139 Cr. I will not recommend anyone to invest in Lodha's property.

Ru 200% right lodha demanding extra money I am also having flat in CBG still suffering for possession , they only told big think but if u see bottom line nothing is there minimum 5lakh asking extra money
Q:1. We are receiving frequent phones demanding payment of brick works. When we ask for details your Customer Relationship Executive is not in a position to explain anything. And there is no mechanism to call them back. 2. Even the new system Lodha has placed in place to redress our grievances generates only complaint number. These are never replied. I have two such numbers still pending since long. 3. As regards demand for brick work initiation, it falls due only after 9th slab as per offer letter. We do not know why the demand is being made after 5th slab only.
Latest Answer: The brick work demand is raised by using the loophole (initiation of work), the trick works well .
Even if the 8th slab is not completed and a portion of the ninth slab work is initiated by shuttering the builder demands the installment. Never ever do the builders send you the photographs of the slabs completed. They instruct the photographs to be taken from some distance of that particular building .

Q:I have booked flat no ELTIRA F102. On 28th April 2011, I received an e mail from Help desk, requesting for disbursement of SLAB 7 instalment. I have taken Loan from HDFC. HDFC has refused to pay until and unless the DEMAND LETTER IS SUBMITTED, Since then I am writing daily mails to HELP DESK for dispatch of DEMAND LETTER, But have not recd any response. Moreover no body picks up the help line 23024400. They have intimated that if I do not pay within 15 days, interest will be charged. Without completing the builder's formalities and having such a defunct helpdesk, I fail to understand how can they mention about charging interest. This is not what I knew about LODHA BRAND. CUSTOMER SERVICE seems to be there last priority.
