We were about to book a 3 BHK flat in Parkway Tivoli project,
Q: We had planned to buy a 3 BHK in Tivoli. Should we proceed further to make initial booking amount? But before we could pay an initial booking amount some friends told us that there is some dispute going on in the project. In their reviews also some people have given adverse comments about the Tivoli project. Please find out the facts and give us a clear picture thereof. Is it adviseable to buy a flat and make part payment in view of the present status of the dispute, if any?We had planned to buy a 3 BHK in Tivoli. Should we proceed further to make initial booking amount?

Latest Answer: I have not heard any negative review about the project or the builder. There are 3bhk apartments available for sale in Parkway Tivoli, price ranging from Rs 64 lakhs to Rs 69 lakhs. If you are interested do let me know....

Any recent update on possession date?
Q: Any updates on posession date of Tivoli? I bought a 3bhk in the D block last month. I was told that it would be ready for posession by March'2012. Has there been any recent communication on posession date?

Latest Answer: I am also tracking this project from last 1 year. Only thing I have observed is delayed Possession date (From Nov-11 to Jan-12 and now to Mar-12). I am also waiting for possession to start so that I can plan for buying a apartment.

Possession date of IDEB Tivoli.
Q: Yesterday, I've received a mail from Parkway saying the project IDEB Tivoli finish date is postponed by another 60-75 days. Does any one has the best estimate?
