hi what is the current status of the construction work in premier exotica, can any one please share?

Latest Answer: As per the telephonic conversation with the concern person, they are quoting around Rs 11,500 per sqft which will be around Rs 78 lakhs for a 1 BHK.

The full page news paper adv. come in Times of india dated 18/04/2013. As per Adv. The Poccession of premier Residence is be given in July 2013. The Work is progressing all the sites of HDIL including Premier exotica in full swing.

Latest Answer: P.residency upto 5 building possession started,p.exotica c,d,e, wing basement 2 nd slab work going on.they say in 2 yrs they wil give exotica possession,kohinoor chs going on price is 15k, p.residency 1 bhk available on resale basis. As on 23-9-13

Completion of Exotica phase
Q: I had gone to site on Sunday 22/07/12 at 11 am. About 10 workers are working on Exotica site Bulding 3, and few about 15 on site building 4. The plastering work is undergoing at SRA site and Tile work is going at Phase I Premier Residence . You can visit and see yourself. The work is slow and Mr Vinay is right, this will take another 2-4 years to complete Phase II.
