If you have made up your mind to buy flat in this project then you approach the builder and ask for all legal proofs- land related, construction related, agreement related, etc. See all the terms and conditions clearly. Get help of a legal expert in verification process. Clear all your doubts before investing your money. Location wise it is good. Check if the price quoted to you is reasonable or not.
