Information about supertech as a builder.
Q: I am in a bit apprehensive about the image of supertech as a builder. I am considering to book a 3 bhk flat in upcountry, and i need help from you all to let me initiate the step ahead.

Latest Answer: By what you say, the project seems to be a good one. The builder has good reputation in real estate market. If you have made up your mind to buy flat in this project then you approach the builder and ask for all legal proofs- land related, construction related, agreement related, etc. See all the terms and conditions clearly. Get help of a legal expert in verification process. Clear all your doubts before investing your money. Location wise it is good. Check if the price quoted to you is reasonable or not. (I guess 3bhk would cost around Rs 45 lakhs).. Go ahead Arpit. All the best :-)
