Q:We have almost in teh ifnal stages of booking a 2.5 bhk flat in Mantri Premero, Sarjapur road. I would like to know if anyone can share the reviews on the properties' legal clearance? Also , are there any issues with that project apart from it being delayed?
Latest Answer: The project is situated on the Sarjapura Road in close proximity to prominent IT and outsourcing hubs and offers 2 BHK, 2 BHK + study, and 3 BHK flats in a new and innovative concept. As far as i know there is no legal issue with Mantri Premero.
Q:1. Do you know what % of flats are already sold in Mantri Premero?2. Are all the legal papers clear?3. Anybody interested in resell?4. What is the root cause of delay? Some builders offer compensation for delay... Are the current owners getting any compensation?5. Model flat construction is not so good / not well maintained... all cracks, etc... I hope the end product would be much better... any comments...6. Would you suggest any alternative property if not Mantri Premero (budget around 50 - 60 lakh)
Q:Just wondering - from how long has this construction being going on? I just went at the site in Jan, they have 3 tall bldgs and we were able to see the floor plans etc. They told us that possession would be in Dec 2013. How accurate is this?
Latest Answer: There is a huge delay in the possession of the project. So I am not so sure whether they will be delivering the project within the given time. If you are planning to buy a flat in this project just check with others who have booked a flat in the same.
Q:It's been delayed for a very long time now. I have been following up on this project for close to a year now. Initially last Nov they told me it is getting over in Apr 12 then it became Nov 12 and now looks like it is June 13. Also legend has it that initially it was planned for 2011 completion. Does anyone has any inside info on what is the root cause of these delays???
