Q:I have a unit booked in paramount fuschia tower. However i have not been given the possession and builder says that completion certicate has not been granted by the authority while the builder has taken the money for registry and then kept quite. Any body having similar experiences

Q:Is any body aware of completion dates of paramount Floraville. Is it booking wise or Tower wise. Has the internal finishing done., as the staff are telling that registry will start by March , April 13. Is it correct?. My flat is in LILY.

Latest Answer: Hi Ranjan, As per their payment plans, at the time of booking you need to pay 10% of the total rate, 85% on bank loan approvals by builder and it is to be paid within 45 days. 95% paid before construction in this plan. Final 5% is to be paid after possession. It comes under plan A and I think yours is the same plan. Please consult with the builder once about the plan. Thank You
