Q: Sumit, thanks I know those things, but my worry is that more than 905 paid before we reach even structure of 23rd floor. I heard that we are pursuing for change in demand of money which is now as per agreement and quite frequent. Some members may have pursued this thing, may be they can share something.


Q: Any body aware of change in payment plan as we are paying more than 90% before completion?

As per their payment plans, at the time of booking you need to pay 10% of the total rate, 85% on bank loan approvals by builder and it is to be paid within 45 days. 95% paid before construction in this plan. Final 5% is to be paid after possession. It comes under plan A and I think yours is the same plan. Please consult with the builder once about the plan.
