Q:Please do not buy any flats from this developer. They have never managed to finish their projects on time. Premium was suppose to be completed by Dec last year but the work is still ongoing. Model flat itself has many cracks on the wall. If u have time, visit Luxuria and see the quality of the brick laying, I guess local developers do a better job than that. sliding Window and door frames are made from local quality aluminium frames. Nowadays even local developers provide good quality upvc frames . Overall, i am not happy with the choice i made.
Q:I have few concerns. Like Sai Poorna builder does not make a kitchen, we have to build kitchen ourselves. Utility is within the flat itself i.e. not open space.Please let me know if there are any other drawbacks apart from this.Thanks
