Latest Answer: Dont get into the trap. They charge very premium price. No commitment. Faceless organization. You dont know who to approach in case you need clarification. They took 1L token from me, then sent 7 lacs bills without confirming final price. Thereafter they have increased the basic rates as also GST. Effectively my landed price has gone up by 7 lacs. I want to withdraw but they are not responding. Making me run from pillar to post. There are better options available if you must invest in Hinjewadi

Latest Answer: Oh many, Just for one and biggest reason. Somehow, during pick hours horrible smells comes out from bathroom in one of the Godrej Project that I live in. It is not even 6 month that i am living here, but Godrej is not even responding to that, They says it is not smelling, it is normal in flats. I have lived in so many different flats but never have seen such dirty smell.
