Latest Answer: GR Sunvilla is not wise decision to buy i am pretty sure its going to be the next sun city as i bought one from here but the service what they are giving is very pathetic and no proper process and there is no coordination from their own employees. And the club house and the amenities are going to be shared between the this property and the other property which is coming next to this. So i am suggesting people of bangalore to rethink about this before buy. Now think the problem what i am getting during the construction is so pathetic what will be the future !!!!!!!!!! Thanks

Latest Answer: All builders in India are the same. They will try to et your money in advance and promise a lot but never delivers. With GR SUN villas the mater is same but at least the MD Mr Raghu will answer your calls. I have finished the construction and registered a villa. Although I was planning to stay there I am now deciding to go back overseas as I am an NRI. if any one wants to buy a ready made villa completed contact me at + 91 9611781177 (mobile)
