This is in regard to India. All colleges must have dustbins which have a recycling mechanism. So that all the dirt and degradable stuff is recycled into useful and reproductive stuff.

Use towels for drying your face and hands instead of tissues papers that are used and thrown away. Also, hang your towels to dry so that they can be reused several times.
