Ajnara & Gulshan homz extorting money from the buyers in the form of interest on delayed payment.
Q: We have made the payment within 2 days of demand letter but still need to pay 1.5+ Lakh as interest on delayed payment.

Latest Answer: This society is totally fraud do not waste money here I purchased flat in March and I am not living there nearby. My flat was illegally possessed by renters by stoping rent transfer and now denying vacating flat after fourth five days notice. AOA of society behaved irresponsible and taken favour of renter Arun goel and mayank singhal in K four zero four .

Latest Answer: I am also suffering the same in phase 1, Homes 121. They have now demanded 10Lacs as interest on delayed payment....don't know for what. They don't give details as well. Lets come together and fight them..
