Q: I have recently seen the Enigma project Brochures being distributed by the Company for selling their remaining units in Tower D at 30:70 possession plan. However, the specifications mentioned in the Brochures do not match to that of the specifications listed here on Common Floor.I got interested towards this property because of the specifications listed on Common Floor. But now I am confused after having seen the Company brochures..For example, The brochures do not mention that the Kitchen will be fully loaded with Hob, Chimney, Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave.. Whereas the Common Floor says that it is there..There are many such things which do not match..Please suggest!
