This is in reference to the flat I have booked in Espacia and recieved your draft agreement letter . I need to get clarification on some key gaps and missing points in the clause that were not shared/ misrepresented at the time of selling the project . My customer code for your reference is LBE0092
1) What is the locus standi of Cloud 9 Projects Pvt Ltd in the espacia project . and who are the three signatories .. Brijesh Bhanot , Deepak Khurana and Yogesh Sharma .
What is there role in 3C company and how is 3C associated with the project
This is in light of fact that this project was being sold as that from 3C citing its past record and owners acumen plus the FDI recieved for lotus boulevard . And this is one of the key reason for my purcahse and that of many others I know.
This is also contradictory to your clause in Pg 3 that all necessary info has been provided to the buyer to which I contest
