Q: In process of looking for a safe apartment society in Hyderabad, I’ve come across Mantri Celestia. I’m considering it because of the convenient location, but I’m yet to visit the place since I still reside in Mysore. I need to know whether this society is as good as it claims to be.
Q: When the flats would be handedover after registration is not known even after paying 100% of flat cost and other amenities. Can anyone have the information, why there is delay, as management is silent.

Q: I think it is extremely frustrating and tantamounts to cheating. I had a delayed payment from my end and they charged 18% interest for one installment for the delay and kept sending notices for rest of the payments which I had to make only to fiture that it is now delayed till June 2014. I am willing to join a class action suit against Mantri for fraud and cheating asking for all the payments when they clearly know that the project is being delayed.
Q: I just spoke to customer rep and they said they have revised the date of possession for the E tower and that would be September 2013...so there is another delay of 9 months.
