Sector 45 in Gurgaon have been facing with sanitation issues for quiet a time. Around 300 slum dwellers were left homeless in sector 38 and 39 in Gurgaon. Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) fired a demolition drive in order to release prime land from encroachers in Huda sectors.
