Latest Answer: hi please do not invest ...because the tendency of the market is very sluggish. Again if you get a villa or Bunglow scheme go for it.you can get appreciation. Flats do not have much demand in Ahmedabad or else invest in flats in the range of 20 or 25 lacs you may get the return.
